Greek Market offers customers 100% money back guarantee on eligible items. Although refunds are authorised and processed immediately by Greek Market, depending on banking timeframes, it may take 7-10 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange dry grocery items where you have changed your mind, provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery & Packaging charges cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind on:
- fresh produce items (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
- any refrigerated fresh food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods (because of health and safety regulations)
Orders consisting of dry grocery items only
In case you’re not in when the driver tries to deliver your parcels, you can collect them from your nearest depot/collection point or request re-delivery (Mon-Fri, usually 9am-5pm).
Parcels are usually held for 5 days before they’re returned to us. Returned orders will be refunded accordingly minus any delivery, packaging and restocking costs.
Orders including fresh / frozen / chilled items
In case you’re not in when the driver tries to deliver your parcels, you can collect them from your nearest depot/collection point/neighbour/safeplace on the same day or the following day(s).
Regrettably if you are unable to collect your order for more than 48 hours we cannot guarantee the quality of
- fresh produce items (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
- any refrigerated fresh food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods (because of health and safety regulations)
Affected items (fresh / frozen / chilled) are not eligible for refunds and/or replacements.
We strongly advise customers not to alter the delivery address and delivery date after an order is dispatched, even if options are provided by the carrier.

You can end your Greek Market Prime membership from within your account.
- Login to your Account.
- In the Dashboard find the section My Subscriptions/Memberships
- Locate the subscription/membership you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button.
- A confirmation window will pop-up to confirm cancellation.
Greek Market Prime Membership is currently available for customers in Britain only.
An annual membership costs £99.50.
Monthly membership is also available for £16.95 per month.
Greek Market Gel Ice Packs are used to keep your frozen products at the required temperature for 24-48 hours in our special containers. Our gel ice packs are filled with a non-toxic solution. You can re-use them for a picnic or in a lunch box if you like. Once you’re finished, melt the ice packs, cut open the bags and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain using hot water to dissolve the gel. Don’t forget to recycle the plastic casing!
We accept payments online via a secure SSL connection (a green lock appears on the top-left corner of your browser). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can make a payment using your debit or credit card. We do not keep any your card details.
GreekMarket.co.uk has also partnered with Klarna UK to bring you flexible payment options at the checkout on orders over £100.
We do not accept payments over the phone. Bank transfers (e-Banking) are also accepted only in EUR and GBP. Bank account numbers are forwarded to you accordingly.
We do not accept money transfers at the moment.
e-Banking is accepted only for payments in GBP (£) and EUR (€) orders. Please place your order online first and then send your payment using your name and order ID number as reference. Instructions and account numbers will be forwarded to you via email.
If you would like to place orders online from GreekMarket.co.uk first you need to register by signing up (create an account). For this you will need a valid email address. When filling in your details, you must also select a password, which gives you access to your GreekMarket.co.uk account. By having a GreekMarket.co.uk account you can manage your current and future orders, your credit, your subscriptions, your wishlists, your communication preferences and more.
We’re an online company, so all orders must be placed through our website or apps.
