Order arrived in two parcels?

We often send cupboard items earlier by Royal Mail Tracked 48, at no extra cost, and chilled and frozen items the day before your chosen delivery date by Tracked 24. Each parcel has its own dispatch email and tracking number.

Your delivery date

The date you chose at checkout is in your order confirmation email. Royal Mail dates are an aim, so please allow 2 days after it before reporting a delay.

Not getting our emails?

Check your spam or junk folder, and that the email address on your account is correct.

Where to find your order details

Your order number (GM.UK…) is in your order confirmation email and under My Account → Orders. Use the email address you ordered with and the delivery postcode.
