Greek Market Prime Membership is currently available for customers in Britain only.
An annual membership costs £99.50.
Monthly membership is also available for £16.95 per month.
Greek Market Gel Ice Packs are used to keep your frozen products at the required temperature for 24-48 hours in our special containers. Our gel ice packs are filled with a non-toxic solution. You can re-use them for a picnic or in a lunch box if you like. Once you’re finished, melt the ice packs, cut open the bags and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain using hot water to dissolve the gel. Don’t forget to recycle the plastic casing!
We accept payments online via a secure SSL connection (a green lock appears on the top-left corner of your browser). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can make a payment using your debit or credit card. We do not keep any your card details.
GreekMarket.co.uk has also partnered with Klarna UK to bring you flexible payment options at the checkout on orders over £100.
We do not accept payments over the phone. Bank transfers (e-Banking) are also accepted only in EUR and GBP. Bank account numbers are forwarded to you accordingly.
We do not accept money transfers at the moment.
e-Banking is accepted only for payments in GBP (£) and EUR (€) orders. Please place your order online first and then send your payment using your name and order ID number as reference. Instructions and account numbers will be forwarded to you via email.
If you would like to place orders online from GreekMarket.co.uk first you need to register by signing up (create an account). For this you will need a valid email address. When filling in your details, you must also select a password, which gives you access to your GreekMarket.co.uk account. By having a GreekMarket.co.uk account you can manage your current and future orders, your credit, your subscriptions, your wishlists, your communication preferences and more.
We’re an online company, so all orders must be placed through our website or apps.
Note: Products from 3rd party sellers are SOLD and DISPATCHED SEPARATELY
- Items may become unavailable after you checkout. We’ll proceed with delivering your order so that you receive the rest of your items on time.
- Where possible, we’ll try to send a similar product in its place. For example if you order one 4L bottle of Greek Product A we might substitute it with four 1L bottles of Greek Product A.
- If your credit card was charged for an item that you didn’t receive and the order details show that the item was dispatched, contact us for a refund.
Please double check first in case the item you have not received is sold and dispatched separately by a 3rd party seller (independent sellers/producers using the Greek Market platform to provide you with their products). If this is the case you need to contact the seller directly.
At the moment GreekMarket.co.uk delivers the full range of Greek products within Britain (England, Wales, Scotland).
We also deliver to the Unites States.
Frozen/chilled products, however are currently available only in the UK.
Prime members enjoy free delivery on all orders. Standard members get free delivery on orders over £49 in the UK (except Northern Ireland, non-mainland). If free delivery does not appear as an option in your cart, that means that you have not reached the £49 threshold yet. Free delivery will be enabled automatically by increasing the quantities of existing products in your cart or adding more products. When you’re ready simply select the delivery method that matches your needs.
Customers in the European Union also benefit from free delivery on all orders over £149.
GreekMarket.co.uk warehouses carry a wide range of Greek products, thousands of product codes and variations, so to get everything to your door requires a bit of time and very disciplined logistical processes. Although we stock more and more Greek products locally reducing lead times, we still have to rely on a more relaxed, non-urgent, non-day-definite delivery style.
Our service is ideal for no-rush orders and, at the moment, the only option that guarantees you FREE delivery on UNLIMITED kilos of Greek products all over the UK and Europe.
UK customers may select our Priority Delivery Service during checkout for a faster delivery.
