How can I get Greek Market Prime?
Greek Market Prime Membership is currently available for customers in Britain only.
An annual membership costs £99.50.
Monthly membership is also available for £16.95 per month.
How can I pay for my GreekMarket.co.uk order?
We accept payments online via a secure SSL connection (a green lock appears on the top-left corner of your browser). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can make a payment using your debit or credit card. We do not keep any your card details.
How can I send payment using e-Banking (money transfer)?
We do not accept money transfers at the moment.
How can I track my parcel?
n order to track and trace you parcel you need to have your tracking number. This will be displayed in your “My Orders” section of your Greek Market account dashboard.
– The Royal Mail tracking number is in the form: AA123456789AA. Click here to track online with Royal Mail.
– The DHL tracking number is in the form: 1234567890. Click here to track online with DHL.
– The TNT tracking number is in the form: 1234567890. Click here to track online with TNT.

How do I apply my promo / gift / coupon code?
Applying a promo / discount / coupon / gift code at GreekMarket.co.uk is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps to enjoy the benefits of your promotional discount:
- Select Your Products: Browse through our wide range of Greek products and add your desired items to your shopping basket.
- View Your Basket: Once you’ve selected everything you need, click on the shopping basket icon at the top right corner of the page to view your selected items.
- Enter Promo Code: On the shopping basket page, you will find a section or a box labelled ‘Coupon Code’. This is usually located just before the checkout process begins. (see print screen)

- Activate the Code: After entering your promo code, click on the ‘Apply’ button next to the box. This action will apply the discount associated with the code to your total order amount.
- Check the Discount: Ensure that the promo code’s discount has been applied to your order total. The final price after the discount should be clearly displayed.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once the discount is applied, you can proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. If you don’t apply the code on the previous step (shopping basket/cart page) you can still apply it on the shipping/checkout page. (see print-screen below)

- Account-specific promo codes (login required) Some promo / discount codes are issued only to specific customers (for example, as a goodwill gesture, product review reqard, loyalty reward, birthday offer, or Greek Market Prime promotion). These codes are linked to the email address on your Greek Market account.

Make sure you are using the same email address that received the promo code. If you try to use the code as a guest, or while logged in with a different email, the system will show the code as invalid or not applicable.

How do I dispose of gel ice packs?
Greek Market Gel Ice Packs are used to keep your frozen products at the required temperature for 24-48 hours in our special containers. Our gel ice packs are filled with a non-toxic solution. You can re-use them for a picnic or in a lunch box if you like. Once you’re finished, melt the ice packs, cut open the bags and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain using hot water to dissolve the gel. Don’t forget to recycle the plastic casing!
How do I find Greek products?
There are a number of ways you can search for Greek products on Greek Market:
- By category. All the products we stock are grouped into categories. If you choose ‘All Departments’ at the header (top-left) of the page, several new tabs will appear below it, each one representing a different group of products. If you hover over each new tab, you’ll be able to see products grouped under that category.
- Product search. You’ll find a search box at the header of the page (it’s the one with the little orange magnifying glass symbol). So, if you’re looking for a particular product, simply type the name of the item into the product search box and click on the orange ‘Search’ button. You can search for a category of products too.
- Search as you type. Our highly sophisticated internal search engine also offers you with instant results as you type in the search field, found in the header of the page.
- Daily Deals. You can also search for Greek products and groceries that are on offer using the ‘Daily Deals‘ tab at the top of the page.
- Greek Brands. Find your favourite Greek products by searching by browsing the ‘Greek Brands‘ tab.
How Do I Manage My Account
In order to manage your account, ie edit your delivery address, manage your orders and memberships and more, please log into your account.
How do we recommend heating Gyros?
Because it’s pre-cooked, it only needs warming through:

Frying pan: medium-high heat, a small amount of oil (optional), stir/turn until piping hot

Oven / air fryer: spread out in a single layer and heat until piping hot
Cooking appliances vary, so follow any pack instructions if included.
How do you deliver frozen products?
We dispatch frozen products using trusted courier services, ensuring delivery within 24 hours for UK customers. Our specialised packaging guarantees that frozen items maintain their temperature for at least 48 hours post-dispatch.
Upon arrival, you might notice a slight rise in temperature. This brief temperature increase is similar to the duration it takes to transport frozen goods from a supermarket to your home freezer (typically 1 to 2 hours). It’s essential to check the condition of the gel packs included in your package. If they remain mostly solid upon delivery, it indicates that the frozen items are still well below 0°C, ensuring safe consumption. Such items can either be consumed directly, stored in the fridge for a few days, or keep them in freezer.
Bear in mind that products have varying densities; hence, some might feel softer than others when unpacked. Rely on the gel packs’ state as a true indicator of temperature – if they’re mostly hard, the items remain safely frozen.
How does the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer work?

When you purchase one eligible item, you can receive a second one of the same item for free. To take advantage of this offer, you must add both items to your shopping basket.
2. Why didn’t I receive my free item?
If you only added one item to your basket, the free item will not be included in your order. You need to add two of the same items to your basket, and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
3. What if I forgot to add the second item?
Unfortunately, we cannot add the free item to your order after it has been placed. Please make sure you’ve added both items to your basket before completing your purchase.
4. Do I need a promo code for this offer?
No, you don’t need a promo code. Simply add two of the same items to your basket, and the discount will apply automatically.
5. Can I mix and match products?
No, the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer only applies to the same product. You must add two of the same item to your basket to receive the discount.
6. Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
No, the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically stated.
7. What happens if the item goes out of stock after I’ve placed my order?
In the rare case that the item goes out of stock, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative or provide a refund.
How is chilled gyros packed for delivery?
Chilled items are dispatched in insulated packaging with gel packs to help maintain a safe transit temperature. As with all chilled/frozen deliveries, external factors in the carrier network (weather, depot delays, misroutes) can affect transit conditions.
