Can I request a product?

Can I return alcohol?
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned under your normal change of mind rights. Opened bottles can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, report it with photos, as for any damaged item.
Can I use a discount code on alcohol?
Discount codes don’t apply to alcohol. Your code still works on everything else in your basket.
Can I visit Greek Market to shop in person?
Greek Market is an online Greek supermarket. Our Darwen premises are a distribution centre and are not open for browsing or shopping from the shelves.

Can my alcohol be left in a safe place or with a neighbour?
No. By law, alcohol can only be handed to an adult who passes the age check. It can’t be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, in a locker or with anyone under 18.

Do I need to be 18 to buy alcohol from Greek Market?
Yes. We sell alcohol only to adults aged 18 or over. When your basket includes alcohol, you confirm at checkout that you are 18 or over and that you are not buying it for anyone under 18. Read our alcohol terms.
Do you deliver Greek products to my country?
At the moment GreekMarket.co.uk delivers the full range of Greek products within Britain (England, Wales, Scotland).
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is not available for retail orders. Greek Market is an online Greek supermarket offering home delivery.

Do you price match?
Yes, we do. We’re constantly checking pricing against listed prices of our Greek products at other online shops in the UK.
In case we have missed something you can always hit the prominent “Found this product at a lower price?” button on the respective product page and let us know. We’ll match it or offer you an even lower price than our competitors.
Do you take back old electricals?
We don’t, but you can recycle your electrical and electronic devices for free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the website of your local authority.
