Greek Supermarket Delivery to Birmingham

Birmingham’s Greek and Cypriot community has gathered at Arthur Place since 1958, when the city’s first Greek Orthodox church opened there. Greek Market brings the shopping to your door: over the last two years we’ve delivered more than 260 orders to B postcodes, from the city centre to Solihull.

There’s no Greek Market shop in Birmingham. We’re an online Greek supermarket and deliver across the city.

Arthur Place and the Greek school

  • Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God and St Andrew. The building on Arthur Place was built in 1873 by J.A. Chatwin and is Grade II listed (Historic England). Its feast of the Dormition falls on 15 August, one of the biggest days of the Greek summer.
  • Apostolos Andreas Greek School was founded in 1958 and teaches in its own building next to the cathedral.
  • The Midlands Greek and Cypriot Association meets at the Magnet Centre in Erdington (Birmingham City Council).

For Greek school families

Our Bibliagora bookshop has Greek children’s books and Greek course books, so homework reading can arrive with the weekly shop.
