How can I get Greek Market Prime?

Greek Market Prime Membership is currently available for UK customers only. An annual membership costs £79.50.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments online via a secure SSL connection (a green lock appears on the top-left corner of your browser). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can make a payment using your debit or credit card. We do not keep any your card details. We do not accept payments over the phone. Bank transfers (e-Banking) are also accepted only in EUR and GBP. Bank account numbers are forwarded to you accordingly.

How can I send payment using e-Banking (money transfer)?

We do not accept money transfers at the moment.

e-Banking is accepted only for payments in GBP (£) and EUR (€) orders. Please place your order online first and then send your payment using your name and order ID number as reference. Instructions and account numbers will be forwarded to you via email.

How do I dispose of gel ice packs?

Greek Market Gel Ice Packs are used to keep your frozen products at the required temperature for 24-48 hours in our special containers. Our gel ice packs are filled with a non-toxic solution. You can re-use them for a picnic or in a lunch box if you like. Once you’re finished, melt the ice packs, cut open the bags and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain using hot water to dissolve the gel. Don’t forget to recycle the plastic casing!

I’d like to order Greek Products. Do I have to register?

If you would like to place orders online from first you need to register by signing up (create an account). For this you will need a valid email address. When filling in your details, you must also select a password, which gives you access to your account. By having a account you can manage your current and future orders, your credit, your subscriptions, your wishlists, your communication preferences and more.

I don’t want to place an order for Greek products over the Internet, what do I do?

You can order by email or telephone provided you are already registered with and have an up-to-date account. Simply email the details of your order and we’ll manually enter your order to our system. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, drop us a line with the days/times it’s convenient for you, along with your time zone, and we’ll call you. Making a payment for your offline order involves either electronic invoicing (payment via a debit or credit card) or e-Banking (money transfer).

Do you deliver Greek products to my country?

At the moment delivers in the UK, USA, Australia, the EU and beyond.
Vol. weight restrictions apply to all countries except the following, where unlimited quantities of Greek products can be delivered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
There are no customs restrictions within the European Union. Frozen/chilled products are currently available only in the UK.

How can I get FREE Delivery?

Prime members enjoy free delivery on all orders. Standard members get free delivery on orders over £49 in the UK (except Northern Ireland, non-mainland). If free delivery does not appear as an option in your cart, that means that you have not reached the £49 threshold yet. Free delivery will be enabled automatically by increasing the quantities of existing products in your cart or adding more products. When you’re ready simply select the delivery method that matches your needs.

Customers in the European Union also benefit from free delivery on all orders over £99.


My order qualifies for free delivery, but why isn’t there a faster free delivery service? warehouses carry a wide range of Greek products, thousands of product codes and variations, so to get everything to your door requires a bit of time and very disciplined logistical processes. Although we stock more and more Greek products locally reducing lead times, we still have to rely on a more relaxed, non-urgent, non-day-definite delivery style.
Our service is ideal for no-rush orders and, at the moment, the only option that guarantees you FREE delivery on UNLIMITED kilos of Greek products all over the UK and Europe.

Where is my order?

If you recently placed an order and you’re wondering why you haven’t received it yet, you should first check what delivery option you selected at the time of ordering. You can also log into your account and check whether we’ve dispatched it to you.
If the status of your order is “Packed & Forwarded” that means your order has been carefully packed and loaded onto our trucks. Your order will be soon handed over to a carrier for the final stage of delivery.
The final stage of delivery is when we issue a tracking number for your order and it’s status changes to: “Dispatched” or “Complete”. You can find your tracking number when you login to you account. All successful orders are automatically notified to you by email. Don’t forget to check the spam folder!
