Pasta Kids Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• 200g Pasta Kids Melissa
• 2 grated carrots
• ½ avocado, diced
• ½ cup boiled corn
• ½ Florina pepper, diced
• 2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
• Salt & Pepper

For Dressing:

• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp apple vinegar

Steps:

1. In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
2. Boil the Pasta Kids.
3. In another bowl, add all the ingredients and the dressing. Mix well.
