Feta is one of Greece’s best-known cheeses, traditionally matured in brine to develop its characteristic creamy yet crumbly texture and pleasantly salty, tangy flavour.

Authentic Feta has Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. The protected name identifies feta produced according to the recognised specification in Greece, using milk from sheep and, where used, goat’s milk.

How can you use Greek feta?
