Greek Market cannot directly remove a review simply because
it is negative. We may respond publicly or report content
that appears to breach the relevant platform’s rules. The
platform decides whether reported content remains online.

Does a public review guarantee a refund?
No. Refunds and other remedies are assessed using the order
