Τραγανά αυθεντικά φύλλα μπουγάτσας, περικλείουν λαχταριστή γέμιση από μυζήθρα και φέτα και μαζί σας προσφέρουν μία ασύγκριτη γευστική εμπειρία!

• Προθερμαίνετε τον φούρνο σας στους 200°C .
• Βγάζετε την Μπουγάτσα Θεσσαλονίκης από την κατάψυξη και αφαιρείτε το καπάκι.
• Τοποθετείτε το προϊόν μαζί με το χάρτινο ταψάκι του σε χαμηλή θέση (πρώτη από κάτω) στον φούρνο σας.
• Ψήνετε στους 200°C για 25 λεπτά μέχρι να ροδίσει η πάνω πλευρά.
• Βγάζετε την Μπουγάτσα Θεσσαλονίκης από τον φούρνο και, πιάνοντας τις δύο άκρες της με δύο πιρούνια, την αναποδογυρίζετε μέσα στο σκαφάκι της, έτσι ώστε η πάνω επιφάνεια να έρθει κάτω.
• Αφού την αναποδογυρίσετε, την αφήνετε μέσα στο σκαφάκι της για 10′, χωρίς να την σκεπάσετε, για να απορροφήσει το λάδι της.
• Προσαρμόστε την διάρκεια ψησίματος και την θερμοκρασία ανάλογα με τον φούρνο σας.
