Can I use a discount code on alcohol?
Discount codes don’t apply to alcohol. Your code still works on everything else in your basket.

Can I return alcohol?
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned under your normal change of mind rights. Opened bottles can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, report it with photos, as for any damaged item.
Can I order alcohol together with my food shopping?
Yes. Everything comes in the same order. If your basket includes alcohol, the whole parcel is sent with the age-checked service, so someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to receive it.
Can I collect alcohol from Greek Market?
No. Our licence allows alcohol to be delivered only, so Collection isn’t available for orders that include alcohol. Everything else can still be collected if you order it separately.
What happens if I’m out when my alcohol is delivered?
The courier keeps the parcel and leaves a card. You can arrange redelivery, or collect it from the courier with photo ID. If it isn’t collected, it comes back to us and we refund the goods (the delivery charge isn’t refunded). Read our alcohol terms.
Can my alcohol be left in a safe place or with a neighbour?
No. By law, alcohol can only be handed to an adult who passes the age check. It can’t be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, in a locker or with anyone under 18.
Will I be asked for ID when my alcohol is delivered?
Yes. Alcohol is delivered with an age check: someone aged 18 or over must sign for the parcel and show photo ID if they look under 25. We accept a passport, a photocard driving licence or a PASS card with a hologram.
Do I need to be 18 to buy alcohol from Greek Market?
Yes. We sell alcohol only to adults aged 18 or over. When your basket includes alcohol, you confirm at checkout that you are 18 or over and that you are not buying it for anyone under 18. Read our alcohol terms.
